The overall settings are information details regarding your company. The first step the application manager should do is complete the overall settings of the company with as much information as possible.
Users are basically all individuals that work in the same company. The application manager can create new users and enable access to the eGO Real Estate platform.
Tags provide a useful way to identify and create a specific group of properties, contacts and/or opportunities. Tags make searching for data in eGO Real Estate easier and quicker. By clicking a tag, the application automatically filters properties, contacts or opportunities with this tag associated.
Publishing properties on the website is quite easy. It can be done in one of two ways: from the property list by adding the ‘Site 1’ tag to the properties or directly in the property details page by selecting ‘Site 1’ in the ‘Exports to sites’ area.
Opportunities are business possibilities that match a contact’s preferences to one or more properties in your portfolio. All monitoring and necessary actions to close a deal are done in the ‘Opportunities’ tab.
Contacts are basically a record of an individual or company. Contacts can be a lead, a customer, a partner, a staff member, etc. Contacts can be added in one of two ways: manually or from leads.
Leads represent the first step in a sales process and are online contacts interested in your products or services, such as buy, sell and/or rent properties.
In each tab’s right sidebar, the user will find the ‘Quick Search’ feature. This ‘Quick Search’ allows the user to customize search filters according to their needs and according to each specific tab.
