Whenever an interaction is done to an opportunity, a visual symbol will change to inform the user when this interaction was performed.

Blue Clock – Indicates the time in minutes of the last interaction with the opportunity;

White Clock– Appears after 60 minutes, indicating the time in hours of the last interaction with the opportunity;

White Calendar – Appears after 48 hours, indicating the time in days of the last interaction with the opportunity;

White Calendar + – After 7 days without interaction with an opportunity, the icon appears with the caption ‘7+’, indicating that this opportunity has more than seven days without interactions.
