The eGO Real Estate user has the possibility to interact in real time with the visitors of the website.
Activate the “ChatMinds” feature and interact with your website visitors.
To do so, take the following steps:
Access the ChatMinds website (http://chatminds.com/Account/LogOn) and login to your account;
Then, you should create an Agent. To do so, click ‘Agents’, then click ‘+Add Agent’;
Fill in the fields with the agent information and click ‘Save changes’.
Note: ChatMinds only accepts Gmail accounts;
Then, install the ‘Hangouts’ app to your Gmail account. To do so, take the following steps.
Access the Hangouts website (http://www.google.com/hangouts/), click the ‘Available for your computer’ button and then on ‘Add’;
Note: To install the Hangouts app on a Gmail account, you must be logged in;
After installing the app, log into your Gmail account;
The list of visitors to your website asking for help or wanting to chat will appear on the lower left hand corner of your window. Now you can start interacting with them.
Note: Each time a customer starts a conversation and you are logged in your Gmail account, a pop-up chat window will show on your desktop.
